Ken is a lean enterprise improvement expert with more than 40 years of experience in manufacturing operations, management, supply chain and consulting in both discrete and continuous process industries. Ken’s prior executive roles affords him the ability to assist his clients in driving improvements in operational and back-office functions alike. Ken separates himself from other consultants in his ability to develop and implement comprehensive Visual Business Systems including strategy deployment, area SQDC metric boards, the effective use of hr. x hr. boards, and leader standard work. Additionally, he brings deep rooted problem-solving techniques that he successfully shares with the teams he interacts with.

Ken has led multiple global client engagements where in addition to driving results, he has developed their playbook for lean transformations that have been adopted globally.

Prior to entering the consulting profession, he held progressively responsible roles at numerous companies including Kimball International where he was vice president of manufacturing systems and later promoted to vice president of supply chain.
